Last nights dinner was a typical “eat on the run” meal. I had one small slice of cheese pizza in the car and then when I got home I had some fresh veggies.

Last nights dinner was a typical “eat on the run” meal. I had one small slice of cheese pizza in the car and then when I got home I had some fresh veggies.

This morning I switched it up and had some steel cut oats with a banana. A nice change. I tried to start my day off with half of a scone and a cup of coffee but my dog enjoyed the scone instead of me.

I have room for improvement! What do you think… Is it easier to run on a treadmill or outside?

Afternoon snack

I had my Starbucks coffee and half of a scone. I will eat the other half tomorrow. Thats it for scones this week!

Todays workout.

I felt strong today.. I increased my deadlift weight for my second and third rounds so I managed 73lbs. I think I should have gone higher but felt like we had not done this in a while. My knees to elbows are definatley getting better but I have big room to improve. What I love about crossfit is that it forces you to try new things!

No laughing! At least it’s low cal and I included veggies! This will keep me satisfied until 3:30ish, when I am ready for my coffee and scone!

I have to admit I was one that dropped off the radar.

Today I started off my day with one cup of coffee and a Kashi bar at 6am. I just ate 2 poached eggs on a piece of low calorie bread. I am mortified to tell everyone that this is how I have started my day for the passed two months. I eat very little variety. I tend to get stuck on a basic, very easy to prepare meal. I plan to do the 9am crossfit class.
