I have to admit I was one that dropped off the radar.

Today I started off my day with one cup of coffee and a Kashi bar at 6am. I just ate 2 poached eggs on a piece of low calorie bread. I am mortified to tell everyone that this is how I have started my day for the passed two months. I eat very little variety. I tend to get stuck on a basic, very easy to prepare meal. I plan to do the 9am crossfit class.
