I increased my deadlift weight for my second and third rounds so I managed 73lbs. I think I should have gone higher but felt like we had not done this in a while. My knees to elbows are definatley getting better but I have big room to improve. I just ate 2 poached eggs on a piece of low calorie bread. I am mortified to tell everyone that this is how I have started my day for the passed two months. I eat very little variety. I tend to get stuck on a basic, very easy to prepare meal.
